Delivery Areas
We currently offer complimentary priority delivery within Hyderabad, and ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. If you are ordering from outside India, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility and cost.
Processing Time
Each saree and ensemble is checked and packed with care at our Hyderabad atelier. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During festive season or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you updated.
Delivery Timelines
- Hyderabad: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
- Remote / international locations: timelines confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Charges
Delivery within Hyderabad is currently free. Shipping charges for other locations, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking

Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We will notify you if we expect any delay on your order.
